Nox Foundry is a Luxembourg boutique built around direct principal involvement. The people framing the mandate remain close to the evidence, counterparties and decisions.
NOX / CONTROLLED FRAME
We help companies, operators and private-capital teams prepare, structure and execute complex cross-border opportunities across Luxembourg, Europe, China and Latin America. We combine legal and compliance discipline, operator experience and corridor-specific commercial judgment.
Founder & Managing Partner
Alexis Cruces Luque
Alexis leads the firm’s European, governance and compliance work. A lawyer with a doctorate in Criminal Law, he has worked across legal advisory, KPMG compliance consulting in Milan, banking, fintech and regulated financial services in Spain and Luxembourg, including executive responsibility as managing director of a CSSF-regulated payment institution. His method combines legal discipline with operator judgment: understand the rules, test the evidence, structure the decision and keep the process controlled.
Raymond leads the firm’s Chinese- and English-speaking corridors. An Irish-Chinese operator based in Luxembourg, he has worked across computer science, payments and compliance-sensitive international environments, including senior compliance leadership in a Chinese payments group. His systems-oriented view tests incentives, dependencies, process weak points and cultural assumptions before they become execution risk.
The people, method and materials remain connected.
Nox Foundry is registered in Luxembourg under RCS B309268. Its operating model joins European legal and regulated-services experience with China corridor and payments experience.
